This is a 0.22mm diameter AIW (Polyamide-Imide) thermosetting self-bonding enameled copper wire, rated at 220℃ high thermal class. It adopts a dual-layer structure: premium AI main insulation + thermosetting self-adhesive outer coating.
Different from common thermoplastic hot-air bonding wire, its thermosetting resin forms permanent cross-linked molecular structure after full curing. The bonded coil will never re-melt or loosen under continuous high temperature, delivering stable mechanical and electrical performance in harsh thermal, chemical and sealed working environments. The 0.22mm ultra-fine specification ensures excellent flexibility and high winding precision for miniature coil manufacturing.
A1: No. AIW polyamide-imide insulation is non-direct-solderable. Please use laser stripping or chemical stripper before soldering.

A4: If the order quantity does not meet the MOQ requirement, we can also produce it for you, but the price will be higher than the MOQ price. Generally, it is calculated based on 3-5 times the MOQ unit price multiplied by the order quantity that you need, and plus a startup/module fee of 1,500 RMB. (If the total price of samples is higher than the MOQ price, then we will follow the total price of MOQ)
A5: It is coated with thermosetting resin on the outer layer of AIW magnet wire. After heating & sufficient curing, the adhesive layer generates irreversible chemical cross-linking reaction, forming a stable bonding structure. Once cured, the adhesive will not re-melt and lose adhesion under high temperature.
