Overview
This Class 2 self-bonding solderable polyurethane enameled round copper wire is manufactured to JIS standards. It adopts uniform polyurethane insulation with a thermally activated self-bond outer coating. The wire features outstanding direct solderability without stripping enamel, enabling fast and clean soldering for micro coil assembly. After heating or solvent treatment, the self-bond layer melts and bonds wires tightly together to fix coil shapes without extra fixtures. It delivers stable resistance to thermal shock and softening breakdown, maintaining reliable insulation under continuous operating temperature. A full range of conductor diameters is available to meet demands of miniature inductors, voice coils and precision micro-motors.
