Product Overview

Different from conventional silk-covered wire, this upgraded Litz wire adopts a single-layer self-adhesive nylon silk structure and professional heat-set treatment.

After thermoforming, the outer silk layer turns completely transparent, presenting a natural copper tone instead of opaque white appearance.

The optimized single-wrap design minimizes the finished outer diameter while retaining stable self-bonding adhesion for tight coil molding. With 180°C thermal resistance and low high-frequency loss, it is ideal for compact, high-precision wireless charging and micro-coil applications.
