This multi-strand high-frequency self-bonding litz wire features individual conductors coated with Grade 2 polyurethane (UEW) enamel insulation plus an extra thermal self-bonding coating. The complete bundle is twisted in Z-lay direction with stable lay length, effectively suppressing skin and proximity loss at high frequency. The wire can be hot-pressed to form integrated fixed coils without binding tape, offering excellent solderability, uniform enamel film, and low pinhole count. Ideal for high-frequency inductors, micro motors, wireless charging coils, and transformers.
