Overview
This self-bondable 2UEW polyurethane litz wire consists of multiple fine 2UEW enameled strands twisted together, coated with a thermally fusible adhesive outer layer. It features direct solderability without stripping enamel, greatly boosting coil production efficiency. The wire exhibits low dielectric loss on both primer and top coats, minimal springback and excellent thermal stability. It passes strict thermal shock and softening breakdown tests with no cracking or breakdown under specified temperature conditions. After baking at 140°C for 15 minutes, it delivers reliable thermal bond strength to lock coil shape tightly. Designed for high-frequency miniature inductors and transformers, it reduces high-frequency eddy current loss while supporting compact winding layouts with small corner radius options.

Product Features
Direct solderability
Adopts standard 2UEW polyurethane primer, which can be soldered directly without film stripping to simplify coil processing and cut production time.
Thermally self-bondable top coat
After baking at 140°C for 15 minutes, the outer adhesive layer forms strong bonding force to fix winding shape and eliminate coil vibration.
Outstanding thermal & dielectric performance
Low dielectric loss for both primer and top coats; passes 175℃/30min thermal shock without cracking and 200℃/2min softening breakdown without insulation failure.
Low springback & low high-frequency loss
Twisted multi-strand Litz structure minimizes eddy current loss at high frequency, small springback enables tight, compact winding for miniature electronic components.
