OVERVIEW

This is 0.270mm 2LSUEW-F N polyurethane enameled copper wire, Thermal Class F (155℃). Adopting improved LSUEW low-temperature solderable insulation system, it achieves stable direct soldering at 300~320°C without laser or chemical enamel stripping.

The wire has smooth, uniform enamel film, stable dimensional tolerance, free of scratches and pinhole defects. No self-bonding coating, it cannot be shaped by hot air baking. Optimized for mass production of coils requiring low-temperature soldering process.

Q1: Can this wire be soldered directly without stripping enamel?

A1: Yes. It adopts low-temperature solderable UEW insulation system. Stable soldering can be achieved at 300–320°C. The polyurethane enamel film will fully decompose and volatilize, forming clean solder joints without chemical or laser stripping. Excessively high temperature should be avoided to prevent wire embrittlement.

Q2: Does this wire come with self-bonding coating?

A2: Yes. It is thermoplastic hot-air self-bonding enameled wire. After coil winding, apply hot air heating, the outer bonding layer will melt and bond adjacent wires together. The coil maintains fixed shape after cooling.

Q3: Can I reheat and adjust coil shape after bonding?

A3: Yes. The thermoplastic bonding layer will soften again when heated to bonding temperature. You can reshape and re-fix the coil, bringing greater flexibility for trial production.
