Overview
This is a grade 1 enamel layer round copper wire with Class H thermal resistance up to 180°C, manufactured in strict accordance with JIS standards. It features uniform thin polyurethane insulation with stable dielectric strength and outstanding thermal shock & softening breakdown resistance. This wire supports direct soldering without stripping enamel, greatly simplifying coil terminal welding procedures. The surface maintains a low static friction coefficient, enabling smooth feeding and neat winding on high-speed automatic winding machines, with tightly controlled finished outer diameter to guarantee consistent winding density. Covering a full range of standard conductor diameters with customizable sizes available, it is widely applied to miniature transformers, micro inductors, voice coils and precision small motors that demand heat resistance, easy soldering and stable winding performance.
