Overview
2AIW is polyamide-imide enameled round copper wire with Class 220 high thermal resistance, manufactured in line with JIS and NEMA standards. Its AIW insulation delivers reinforced mechanical strength, excellent film adhesion and superior resistance to thermal shock, softening breakdown, solvents and refrigerants. The wire passes strict online full inspection to eliminate pinholes and insulation defects, maintaining stable dielectric performance under continuous high-temperature overload conditions. It features high scratch resistance to fit harsh high-speed automatic winding processes, with a wide standard conductor diameter range and controllable insulated outer diameter within standard tolerance limits. It can be twisted into multi-strand litz wire. Widely adopted for automotive motors, power tools, refrigeration compressors, high-temperature transformers and industrial control coils, it meets demanding thermal and reliability requirements of heavy-load electromagnetic devices.
