Overview
This is a self-bonding polyamideimide enameled copper wire with Grade 2 standard enamel thickness. It adopts high-temperature resistant AIW insulation layer with outstanding thermal performance up to 220°C, offering strong dielectric strength and excellent resistance to high temperature, solvent and chemical corrosion. Equipped with a self-bonding coating on the outer surface, the wire can form a solid coil shape after heating without extra adhesive. It features uniform enamel film, low salt water pinhole count and great flexibility, which prevents cracking during tight winding.

Product Features
High Thermal Resistance AIW Insulation: It features polyamideimide enamel with temperature class 220°C, with great dielectric strength and superior resistance against high temperature, chemical solvents and corrosion.
Self-Bonding Coating: It comes with self-bond layer on the surface. The coil can be firmly shaped after heating without additional glue, keeping stable structure under long-term vibration.
Grade 2 Insulation Coating: Standard Grade 2 enamel thickness with even coating, low salt water pinhole quantity and good flexibility, avoiding paint cracking during high speed winding.
Stable Electrical Performance: Consistent insulation performance under high-frequency and high-temperature working environments, reliable for high-power electronic winding components.
Applications
Mobile Phone Motors, Coreless Motors, Inductor Coil, Wireless Charging Receiver Coil, IC Card Coil
