PIT-3UEW-180 is a high-performance ultra-fine litz wire constructed with 0.04mm polyurethane-insulated copper strands and wrapped with polyimide (PI) film. With a total of 28,750 individual strands, it is designed for high-frequency, high-density, and high-temperature applications up to 180°C. The combination of ultra-fine conductors and PI tape insulation ensures excellent electrical performance, thermal stability, and mechanical reliability in demanding environments.

A1: Yes, the structure is optimized for both high-frequency performance and high-voltage insulation, making it suitable for advanced power electronics.
Q2: What insulation film materials are available?
A2: PET, PEN, and PI films are available, covering temperature classes from Class A (105°C) up to Class C (220°C+).
Q3: What overlap ratios are available?
A3: Standard overlap ratios are 50% and 67%, depending on the required insulation level and dielectric performance.
Q4: What information is required for a quotation?
A4: To provide an accurate quotation, please share the wire dimensions, insulation type, thermal class, required quantity, packaging requirements, and destination country.
Q5: If the MOQ is not met, can it still be produced?
A5: If the order quantity does not meet the MOQ requirement, we can also produce it for you, but the price will be higher than the MOQ price. Generally, it is calculated based on 3-5 times the MOQ unit price multiplied by the order quantity that you need, and plus a startup/module fee of 1,500 RMB. (If the total price of samples is higher than the MOQ price, then we will follow the total price of MOQ)
