HUAYE developed a Low-Temperature Solderable Enameled Copper Wire that enables reliable soldering at significantly lower temperatures, delivering a more stable and cost-effective manufacturing process.
The customer experienced several production issues with their existing magnet wire, including:

HUAYE optimized both the enamel formulation and production process to achieve excellent low-temperature solderability while maintaining outstanding thermal resistance.
