Voice coil applications require winding wires that can withstand high temperatures, repeated heating, mechanical stress, and high-current testing, while maintaining reliable bonding performance.
To meet these requirements, HUAYE developed an H-class polyester/polyester-imide insulated, polyamide self-bonding enameled copper/alloy wire, designed specifically for voice coil applications.

The wire combines high thermal resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and strong bonding performance, making it suitable for demanding voice coil applications.
High Softening Resistance
Softening breakdown temperature reaches 320°C, with no breakdown after 2 minutes.
Excellent Bonding Performance
After re-baking, the softening temperature remains high at ≥120°C, with the potential to reach ≥140°C through further development.
Excellent Flexibility
For copper wire sizes above 0.30 mm, elongation is >35%. For copper-clad aluminum wire above 0.15 mm, elongation is >15%.
High Dielectric Strength
Breakdown voltage reaches ≥180 V/μm, providing reliable electrical insulation.
Low Moisture Absorption
The material offers good resistance to moisture absorption and is suitable for applications involving high-current testing.
Stable & Uniform Insulation Coating
HUAYE uses single-head, single-oven production equipment across its wire production lines. This design helps improve the stability of oven airflow and temperature, ensuring more uniform coating and consistent curing of the insulation film.
As a result, HUAYE can achieve stable and controlled production performance across different production lines.
